Applied online, then was reached out to via email. We set up an interview date and I flew out to meet with the estimating crew in Southern California. We talked for around an hour and I was told how things were run and what would be expected of me.

Short process but worth it. I did four rounds of interviews. Overall I felt they structured all interviews differently to get an understanding of me. I met the team, executives, and many other people from other departments.
The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a phone interview that covered a general overview of past experiences. Also went over a basic description of the job position and a time frame for the hiring process.
Resume, phone interview, personal interview, medical check up for drug test, another interview and than discuss financial. Benefits are good but sakrey offer is little lower than industry standards.
Have got offer but had multiple offers from another two companies with better pay.
