The interview process is two steps, first is onsite meeting with current field staff and touring a jobsite. Following a round robin set of interviews occurs in the main office where one gets to meet various levels of staff members in all aspects of the company.

Initial phone call screening went well, the recruiter was welcoming and explained the position and future career options at Turner. I got to ask questions and got offered a additional interview.
