Completely unprofessional and uneven dynamic, and when confronted in a follow up email was condescending and acting like I was being crazy. They changed the interview time 3x without even asking if I was available, Was invited to a Google Meet interview where the interviewer had his camera off and was using an AI-assistant that was recording my video and voice to "take notes" (that I didn't consent to) on a 15 minute interview, because apparently he couldn't retain the information. No heads up that video wasn't required so just left me awkwardly hanging there, later saying it was an "Intro Call", not a video call so that wasn't part of the format. Give me a break! Then started spouting job requirements that were not mentioned at all in the initial posting. What a joke!
