I was contacted and said they needed someone. After Aggressively setting up the call even though I told the HR person I was busy at another job. They continued messaging me for details and set up a call. Fiunally the person asked for my porfolio and just before the interview came back and said I was fit for the role. Why did the HR person contact me in the first place? Not the way we do business here. I have blocked the company and wrote to the CEO about their recruiting process. If their HR wants to be lazy and rudely contact people just to fill a quota, you will never get any good talent.
