Job interview process is dependent on what position you are interviewing for. For sales related job interviews, I only interviewed with my direct supervisor. Interview was straightforward and no curveball questions or hypotheticals were asked of me. Talked about prior experience, and expectations of business development/sales role I was interviewing for.
