Fairly informal feel, although there are defined steps. Expect regular interaction from the VP of Sales, at least one phone call with the CEO, and your standard conversation(s) with a current team member (culture fit) and the direct hiring manager (operational fit).

I was contacted by a recruiter working with TR. The process took 3 weeks from first interview to offer.
5 part interview process:
- 15 minute HireVue video
- 30 min Zoom meeting with Dir. of Sales
- 50 min Zoom meeting with 2 team members
- Product pitch with sales dir. and 2 current AE's followed by feedback session
- Zoom call with CEO
Overall, it was a smooth interview process with timely follow ups. There are no surprises, prepare your questions, utilize all the material provided, use your past sales experience, and be yourself. You can tell the team cares about not only your professional skills but also if working together will be a strong fit for all parties involved.
Be prepared to talk to past performance, why TR, & deal strategy.
