I had two phone interviews and a background check. I was asked about my education and experience. I was then given a quick introduction to Trust as a company, their mission statement, and history.
I was contacted by a recruiter, and was then sent info on the company and testing to take. I then received a call from a team leader for a one-on-one interview.

I was comfortable and relaxed on the phone interview with the HR director and 2 Coding Directors. It was professional and friendly. We talked about my coding skills and my experience.
