Phone screen followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Overall I thought their questions made sense but it was clear to me they are not as open to remote work as stated. I was frustrated that they had me commute into DC for the final interview on short notice and did not reimburse any of the expenses. I ended up driving 20 hours for a 90.minute interview because of how expensive last minute flights were and was rejected with a form letter afterwards. Interview contained multiple comments on how important the office culture was.
