I applied online (through Craigslist), submitting my resume and cover letter. I had a phone interview scheduled and this was about 20 minutes of talking. I received an an email shortly after the phone interview was completed and it requested that I come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was about one week later and the process was quite easy. I met with two people, and both of these two interviews were 1:1 interviews. The first interview was quick and when I moved on to the second, after the interview was complete, the second interviewer offered me the job on the spot. Both interviewers were prepared and I felt welcome. There wasn't much waiting.
