The recruiter contacted me via e-mail shortly after I applied for the position. She asked for a good date and time to setup a phone interview. I e-mailed her back and she was responsive. We set a good date and time to speak. On the exact day and time of the interview, she e-mails me to advise that they decided to interview an internal candidate. Totally disappointing and a bit unprofessional. I'm sure she was aware of this most likely days before. She could of had the courtesy to let me know days ahead instead of having me waste my time in anticipation of speaking with her.
