I was via email by recruiter for clarification on skills
needed for role. I confirmed that I had the necessary skills and experience. I was invited to complete a Modern Hire recorded interview. The role was then re-opened for applications and I received a direct email stating that the hiring manager and recruiter were looking for a subject matter expert. Which I am. With management experience. I believe the fact that I am working at a competitor in a sales role is what made a difference for the worst.
Don’t look to Truist if you are seeking to excel in your field or develop your career.

The recorded interview consisted of a recorded introduction and three questions. “Why do you want to move to Truist Financial?, What is your wishlist for a career at Truist Financial?” and lastly “What experience do you have with Salesforce and nCino?”.
