My interview experience with TrueBase left much to be desired. The process spanned five hours, wasting a significant portion of my day. Unfortunately, the company's focus on specific technical aspects overshadowed the broader technological landscape. The interview duration was excessive, lacking consideration for candidates' time and convenience. TrueBase's emphasis on narrow technical details failed to capture the bigger picture of technology, which left me feeling undervalued as a candidate with diverse expertise. Professionalism was lacking throughout the process. Clear expectations and guidelines were absent, causing confusion and uncertainty. Communication was subpar, lacking transparency and clarity from the interviewers.
