Trinidad gave me all the information about the position and benefits and needs, and elaborate questions about my experience and how I collaborate, help and manage people in my team and stakeholders
The interview was a fluid conversation in which we discussed the company's purpose, mission, and tasks. I spoke about my experience and career, and I was asked some situational questions about resource and performance management. Lastly, we talked about the hiring conditions, and the next steps were laid out clearly for me.

The interview was over Gmeet, with Mrs. Trinidad Galvani, she explained to me some details about TrueNorth as Company and then asked me to tell more about my professional experience. After finishing with my explanation she told me about next steps and how the process works.
