I interviewed with the entire team in a group interview. This lasted an hour and a half. For the next round they had me complete a very lengthy take home exercise that took 4-5 hours. In the exercise, they asked me to send them candidates for multiple roles open on their site. They then had me write a personalized email to each of these candidates as though I was a TrueCar recruiter. This along with the other questions they asked took 4-5 hours to complete. I submitted it and never heard a word from them again. It's pretty suspect to me that they had me do their exact job for roles they were pressed to fill and then never contacted me again. Wasn't a positive interview experience and a total waste of time/insult to put in the effort and never hear a word back. If you're going to interview, make sure you have the time and are willing to put in a lot of work in your free time with potentially no return or feedback.
