Applied online and connected with a TrueCar recruiter to setup a call to review the role the following week. A phone interview was setup with the department head (hiring manager). A second phone interview was setup with a team member who would be working very closely with the Operations manager. The following week I was requested to complete an Operations Manager challenge assessment which was a scenario based assignment. The assignment asked for you to compile basic project management tasks such as: create a launch plan, set KPI’s, risk register, etc. The assignment was due the following week. A week after the submission, I was invited to present my assignment to the team (1hr presentation) and then 30 minute presentations with all the individual team members (5).
