I applied online after seeing an ad in a newspaper. They were holding a job fair. Human resources called to set up an appointment time. I arrived and was shuffled through with the rest of the people in the waiting room. Some had appointments and some were walk in. Met with an interviewer for about 15 minutes. She asked a few questions. I asked a few and it was pretty short and sweet. They gave me an advertising water bottle when I left.
