The interview process transitioned between multiple people and departments. This included HR, the Hiring Manager and in addition to two other executives. Finally finishing the process with a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. The interview process was always one on one and by the 3rd interview with them, the questions were repetitive. The process did seem a bit drawn out as it was about every other week I spoke to someone. Now that the interviews are over, it has been 3 weeks and after 3 attempts at reaching out to them, they fail to possess any professional character and follow up with me to let me know the status or any feedback. Very Disappointed they simply lack the time to craft a 10minute email providing an update. I guess my 5 hours of interviews with them is the time I'll never get back. Kudos True Commerce!
