I went through 6 rounds of interviews: 1 pre-screening, 2 online technical rounds, 2 in-person technical interviews, 1 co-founder round, and 1 assignment. After all of this, I was completely ghosted—no response to emails, no replies on WhatsApp, and my calls went unanswered. When I contacted the HR person from my secondary number, she said the feedback was good and that they were still considering other candidates. But after that, silence again. It’s disappointing. After investing so much time and effort, the least a company can do is communicate the final outcome. It’s basic professional courtesy.
