I started with a phone interview and then was brought in to do a 1v1 in person interview. The interview was pretty laid-backed, and I was asked a lot of questions about my personality and history since I was a recent college grad and did not have a lot of professional experience.

Tell me about a time when.... What is your biggest strength? What is your biggest weakness? What makes you a good fit for this position? It is a pretty simple interview process and maybe about a forty-five minute interview. After the telephone interview, you will be required to come in for a face-to-face interview and possibly a second interview as well.
