I would strongly advise anyone considering an opportunity here to think twice. This was, without a doubt, the most drawn-out and frustrating interview process I've ever experienced, ending in complete radio silence after four rounds of interviews and a case project.
I was initially contacted by a recruiter in early April, and over the next several weeks, I interviewed with the CEO, Head of Operations, and Co-founder. I even completed a case project. Despite my commitment, I was met with vague reassurances from the recruiter when I followed up, being told repeatedly that "things are still in play." By mid-June, the communication abruptly ceased. No formal rejection, no feedback—just absolute silence.
The lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time is alarming. If this is how they treat potential hires, I can only imagine what the internal culture is like. Proceed with caution.
