Had an initial call with a recruiter, then a conversation with two members of the team, then a coding assessment. After my initial call with the recruiter I didn't hear from them for over two weeks - including through both of the next rounds. I had sent emails to get clarity on items, thank the people who interviewed me, and confirm everything was submitted properly and never heard back - frankly it bordered on unprofessional.
