I applied to the position and had a phone interview with the recruiter pretty quickly. The recruiter then sent my information over to the hiring manager and a few days later I had a phone interview with the General Manager. Both interviews went well and I accepted the job offer. That day I received the offer letter by email and was on my way to completing the next steps, a level II background check with fingerprints and a health screening.
