The Recruiter contacted me and was very communicative for the first few steps. Then, she disappeared. I went for two sessions to their location and it was a positive experience. The hiring manager promised to contact me . I am not even sure what happened....did they hire somebody else or removed the job posting. But, it was very unprofessional not to even let me know that plans changed when I went for 2 interviews onsite and everything looked positive. A company's value is built on how they treat their employees(current or future). If you do not have basic human courtesy to communicate after going deep into the process, it just tells they treat people like cattle.
