Applied through college career website (submittal of resume). Got an email a few days later for an on campus interview. Laid back interview with 1 alumnus, questions were all behavioral. Received a second round interview at the Chicago office, waiting to hear back from second round.

Speedy application —> Interview process, took just a matter of a few days. Interview was fine and not difficult, however I was ghosted afterwards even after sending another email to check if there were any updates.

Talked in person at a career fair, then a 1-hr interview in person, followed by several email exchanges. The interview in-person was with 2 employers and was casual and not intimidating. However, the following email exchanges promised home but was then ghosted.
