Entrevista
Multiple rounds, one phone screen, one behavioural, one technical, then a call with a partner. Behavioural was fairly standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Fairly basic market sizing, with a consultant. Partner was very chill.

Asked about willingness to travel, as you would be travelling weeks at a time.
Multiple interview steps making the overall process take a long time. First few interviews were standard, case study is different to any online guide you’ll find, just need to follow the layout of the practice one they give you.

Process took almost half a year. 2 case interviews with separate consultants. Interview with senior management. Didn't hear back for another 1-2 months. Asked to take online assessments. All interviews took at least an hour. A big waste of time because they ghosted and I never got an answer.
