Entrevista
First, it was a telephonic round. Then, I gave skype interview as the position was for Chennai location and I was in Gurgaon. The profile was of C++ developer so it was more of a coding test. Though the coding questions in C++ were not tough still it needed to run in front of the interviewer. Finally, I was selected and landed with a decent salary offer.

The questions were from basic to advanced C++ concepts, work related questions. In the Skype, round interviewer asked me to code on an online tool and also to rectify a buggy code.

Entrevista
Not good, interviewers are not that knowledgable. Asking a lot of bookish questions, not much logical. A person good at mugging up can crack it easily. Were not that approchable, would have liked if they were a bit approchable.

Good interview over all and it was a nice experience altogether. Initial telephonic screening and followed by in person technical interview. Got rejected in second technical round. Over all good experience

Entrevista
Had a recruiter phone screen then online Hackerank assessment. You have to pass the online screen before even talking to an hiring management which I didn't think was fair. The test in my opinion wasn't reflective of duties highlighted in the job description. It was like being tested for 3 roles in 1.

Questions ranged from development to testing to deployment. They were not indicative of actual role responsibilities and I thought it was very misleading. I didn't pass the test because it literally was testing stuff I wouldn't be responsible for and wasn't prepared to answer. I'd applied to this company in the past and they disappointed yet again so I'll definitely never consider them in the future.
