Received a phone call from the Don apx 3weeks after filling out on online application and also emailing my resume . Showed up when told to interview, had to sit and wait for 45 min as she was late . Had to wait an hour for second interview ._Seem to have some problems with organization .

Was very relaxed . I thought we were chit chatting though some questions were asked about prior work experience . Then I was told to return for second interview and job shadow .During second interview more of the same relaxed dialogue then turned over to floor nurse for job shadow, unpaid on my own time , but helpful for assessing work climate .

I was told I would not have to take any call or work weekends. After I started, they tried to change the schedule I was promised, and I ended up on call.

Spent about an hour discussing the position and the company. Friendly management. From what I saw, seems to be a nice, clean facility. Due to Covid restrictions, could not tour facility at this time.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by both the DNS and ED . Both the DNS and ED made me feel comfortable , welcomed and appreciated. They also made the whole process fun. Which in return now I feel comfortable going to them if I need assistance.
