They are very specific and cautious on who they hire. Trying to reduce new person turnover, due to the expectations the company has. Problem is we live in a world were many people don't want to actually work, and work hard. So if you are expecting an easy job role, it's not. Customer service is the basis of all this company does. If you can't go above and beyond to make people happy, don't take direction well, or do not have a cheery disposition chances are you will be looked over for a employee that may NOT have as much experience as you. Patience is a virtue, you will not get hired in a day, or two, or even two weeks. It can take up to a month. Has to do with company culture. And these are busy people. It usually helps if you know someone who is a good employee at the campus you are applying.

I was told I would not have to take any call or work weekends. After I started, they tried to change the schedule I was promised, and I ended up on call.

Spent about an hour discussing the position and the company. Friendly management. From what I saw, seems to be a nice, clean facility. Due to Covid restrictions, could not tour facility at this time.

I was interviewed by both the DNS and ED . Both the DNS and ED made me feel comfortable , welcomed and appreciated. They also made the whole process fun. Which in return now I feel comfortable going to them if I need assistance.
