There is a Phone Interview from the start and then a test about 100 tax questions, it takes about 1-2 weeks to accomplish the whole process. The HR is nice.

Appiled online, and they will give you a call to ask you interview in the office, interview is not hard, but shoud prepared and they will give 2 hour to do the test in the office.
