The interview process for me was a great experience. I had applied for a couple different positions within the company before speaking with a talent acquisition specialist. After speaking on the phones several times with them I was very impressed how they took the time to get to know me and figure out which role would truly suit me best. It was totally worth the wait through all of the phone interviews and in person interviews. It gave me confidence that they only hire qualified individuals that really fit the company culture and it gave me a good sense of who they were as a company.
