The process was simple from applying online to the first interview. The online application had you take a 45 minute personality test and provided the management like your responses you received your first phone call. The second point of contact was through email and text messages with the recruiter, who set up an automated tele interview. Once this was reviewed and your background check cleared, you and the manager are set up for an interview and provided with the history and tour of the hospital. The questions that were asked were of the behavioral nature and it easy to answer. The manager did not rush the answers or allude the questions being asked.

Applied online and asked to come in for an interview with the program manager two months after I applied. I was asked to come in and shadow as part of the interview process the following week. The program manager stated he would speak with the employee that I shadowed with and their recruiting manager. TriStar Health offered me the position and I accepted!
