I was contacted by a recruiter and a phone screen was scheduled. The person I talked to was rather abrasive and the conversation felt more like and interrogation. They asked the same questions several time and I felt like they were trying to trick me, it did not feel like a two sided conversation at all. At the end I was disqualified on the spot due to salary requirements. They said this role has a salary range of $85-95 which seems very low for a "senior" HR role.
