Met a tech on a job at a relatives home and inquired. He gave the number to the brach where he worked out of. I called, and was told to come in the next day. Went in, sat with a supervisor, and and he began to tell me all about the job. It was pretty much a sure shot if I wanted it. Very laid back.

I arrived early, they didn't have my information on hand. Even after speaking with the corporate office and confirming my interview via email. But I was lead to a small room to fill out an application nonetheless as well as background check, credit check, and driving record. The field manager was on a conference call and I sat waiting for 20 additional minutes. Afterwards he introduced himself, skimmed over my resume then proceeded to go into great detail about the company. We exchanged questions. He gave me a short tour of the facility and ask me to call him with my decision.
Key notes* I learned that after 3 weeks you may be given a truck that you can take home providing you live 24 miles away from the warehouse. Although you're paid 15 cents per mile, you're paying for the gas in their work truck. They also are charging you$35 every week if you take it home.
2nd note* You must have an iOS device with the current iOS version for you to sign in to your jobs. If you do not have such a device they will charge you$24 a week.
3rd note. You supply your own tools. Not just normal hand tools or power tools, but specialty tools as well. Grand total for all tools is $1600 which they will hold back percentages from your checks.

Filled out application, took them a month to call back. Then they dragged their feet for another two weeks. Everything described about training process was a lie. Watch what they say, take notes on what is said and who said it. That way you have half recourse when they don't come through with what they promised before you were hired!!!!
