was a very warm setting, the manager made me feel very comfortable. It was a company I wanted to work for the minute I walked through the door. I knew it was a team I wanted to be a part of.

Briefly explained the pay scale. Did not ask any probing questions to make sure I would be a good fit for the company. Was more so a formality that was done poorly just to add employees.
