The interview was super nice and comfortable, with three rounds of 1:1 chats. It focused mostly on behavioral questions in a casual, chat-style format with different high-level leaders across the company and the position.

It was a very professionally handled interview process for the initial rounds. I was approached via email by the recruiter. Attended an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the director/vp level. I was disappointed with the last round of interview which was with the HR business partner. She canceled at the last minute the first time around. The second time around came late for the interview, rushed me and did not even let me complete my thoughts by speaking over me and ended the interview quickly. They asked me to do some sort of personality test assuring it has no bearing on the role but the HR business partner led me to believe otherwise. Felt as though the HR business partner had already decided not to go ahead with me . Would have preferred that they not have wasted my time if this was already decided upon.
