Initial phone screen with corporate recruiter. Very professional. Short phone screen with 3 person local leadership. One didn’t show for the screen. On site tour and interview with same 3 person team. Same one didn’t show. The team was very busy and the interview felt rushed. Felt like the local team was pressured to interview for a position that they did not want to fill.
