I had a great interview experience with well-prepared interviewers, each focusing on specific thematic areas relevant to the role. The process consisted of three rounds conducted over Zoom. Each round was not only insightful for me but also seemed valuable for the interviewers. The atmosphere was polite and friendly, with relevant questions that clearly reflected their understanding of the position. Even the small talk was pleasant, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Entrevista
The interview contains three round. First with HR, than with the future leader, and the third one is with the regional leader. The second one is the most important. Overall generic technical knowledge and ability to speak confidentally is necessairy.
