Interview process started with a phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was then moved forward in the process to a comprehension test that tested basic keyboard skills, logic, math, listening, and reading comprehension. I passed the tests and was sent on for another round of interviews with two auto claims adjusters.

Applied on Corporate Website in Early August Online Assessment after application screening 30 Minute Phone Interview 2 Person Interview with two Unit Managers for approx 1 hours. Did a brief shadow of a claims adjuster, exchanged questions and brief review of claims systems. Final Interview with Director for approx 45 minutes. All questions were STAR related and they asked about 8-10 questions each interview. Offer provided Same Day , was offered higher level claims role due to experience. Accepted Background check took about 3 weeks. Whole process took about 1.5 months.
