1.HR will shortlist the Candidate based on the experience or Salary expectations,if the candidate is fresher directly round 1 of interview will get scheduled. 2.In the Round 2 questions will be based on technical on the based on your seniority level,if your experience is more than 3yrs there will be 2 technical rounds that will be scheduled.
