First i received a video for a one way interview, after i received an email with documents to complete which was so weird since it was still at the beginning of the hiring process, but stuff like a copy of my ID and past payslip was asked and documents asking for your salary expectation and they still asked for your salary expectations in the prescreening call. After I received an email with assessments to complete, it’s only make sense to me to do assessments after pre-screening! Then came the prescreening call where they just ask things that are on your CV. Then a short notice interview of 2 hours!! And it’s a group interview with case study and you all need to speak at the same time, it’s was weird then received an automated rejection email.
