Entrevista
I found the job post on my school's career website though I had to apply on TransUnion's career website. The process took 3 weeks in total and it contains three steps: 1. A phone interview from HR. 2. A phone interview from hire manager 3. an On-site interview with the team. TranUnion responded very fast throughout the interview process and it was a very pleasant experience in general. Most of the questions are about projects on my resume and some open-ended questions, nothing is totally unexpected but questions are quite detailed-focused and challenging. They expected you to know extremely well about what you did.

Entrevista
HR reached out and calendared an interview, I showed up, and he was nowhere to be found. I double checked to ensure it was not a scamI sent a follow-up and received no response but the job has been reposted. I think the recruiters may just fill their calendars with no intention to show up. Not a place I would want to work.

Entrevista
I recently went through the interview process at TransUnion, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The process was structured and organized, which made it relatively smooth.
The initial screening was handled professionally, and the recruiter provided clear instructions on the next steps. The interviews themselves were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were courteous and related to the role.
One area for improvement could be the speed of communication between the interview stages. There were a few instances where I felt the process was slightly prolonged. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
In summary, the interview process at TransUnion was quite decent. The team was respectful and the questions were appropriate, although a more streamlined timeline would enhance the experience.
