Hiring process was difficult, initially. I submitted my resume on their on-line system, and got nothing back for months but a computer-generated 'thank you for applying' e-mail. After finding an inside contact, I was called within days. After that, the process was pretty easy. Recruiter calls with 3 tech questions, looking for keywords in your answer to pass along to the hiring manager. If you hit the right keywords, you're in. Questions from the peers in the group interview had a moderate level of difficulty, but the hiring manager's questions were low-balls. You could tell, he wasn't interested in challenging me with anything difficult - it seems, a seat needed to be filled, so why get in the way of that?
