All went well until I finished the meeting with the VP of sales. After that I couldn't get them to answer emails or phone calls. They keep telling me to be patient. So I was, waiting for feedback for month and half. Finally I hunt down the recruiter and she tells me that they want me on-board but for much lower position:))) Are you serious? We never talked about entry level position, especially with my 10 years sales management experience. Bringing this up right before the closing stage, looks to me like very suspicious. The best part: The recruiter set a meeting with the VP at 8AM. The VP calls at 7AM to tell me he proposed wrong day. Then, the recruiter sets interview with CSO, I call the landline provided (by the way I keep calling instead of company calling me, or maybe this is normal thing here in US) and the CSO assistant telling me he is not available to talk:))))) WHAT A JOKE:)))))))))))))

I submitted my resume, and proceeded to reach out to the recruiter that posted the role. R.B, the recruiter, proceeded to contact me, and wanted to set up an initial interview. She asked for my availability, and I provided several times and dates. She then proceeded to ghost me, and when I followed up, she sent me a generic response, thanking me for taking the time to interview, but they were moving forward with other candidates. I WAS NEVER INTERVIEWED!
