Very casual. Business casual dress. Met in a near-empty office. Talked about the case, what the job is like, what is and isn't allowed at the office, how and when to list document review on resume, etc. All-in-all, took about 15 minutes and was pretty much painless. Also discussed salary for J.D. versus attorneys.
