Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en TransPerfect (Londres, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
Quite a lot of steps and time invested.
Applied online, HR contacted me and I had a telephone interview, then a proofreading assessment at home, then I was invited to an interview at their offices. 2 people interviewed me followed by another proofreading assessment and numeracy test, then followed by another interview with 2 people. I was there for almost 2 and a half hours! Both sets of interviews asked pretty much the same questions.
I almost didn't go to this interview because there are some pretty terrible things written about this company. I'm glad I went because interview practice is always useful and the people were friendlier than I thought they would be. As you can imagine, it is very corporate and there was a LOT of focus on stress, e.g what makes you stressed/ how do you deal with stress/what was your most stressful day. I'm sure this kind of company fits some but I could see where some of the reviews were coming from.
I mentioned the negative reviews I had read to hear their side (perhaps this wasn't wise of me) and funnily enough there are now a load of new reviews that seem too good to be true....

How do you handle stress?
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
