un proceso demasiado largo para una posición de principiante con pocos beneficios , muchas pruebas y entrevistas (on-site, por teléfono, pruebas técnicas, de idiomas, etc.). En mi opinión, el proceso se hace demasiado pesado por lo poco que te ofrecen.

Quite a number of rounds from initial call to assessment to final interviews. Spend like a few weeks and need to proactively ask for result. But overall, quite an interactive interview to get insights

1. Phone interview with HR. 2. Complete the 1st Proofreading test online. 3. Interview with the leaders online. 4. Complete the 2nd Proofreading test online. I didn't get to receive the 2nd proofreading test and interview with the manager.
