Fueron tres fases: entrevista breve sin vídeo, entrevista con vídeo y con dos project manager y prueba de corrección. La prueba de corrección era corregir tanto en español con el source text en inglés como corregir el formato de un texto en sueco.

You send your CV, they reach out via email and schedule a call with you to outline as many details as possible about the job and then send you a set of tests. If you pass the tests, you go to an interview with a manager. If positive, you get an offer.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by someone in the human resources team via a videocall. She was nice and there wasn’t any tension at all. Questions were easy and casual. She wanted me to go through my resume and then she asked me about my specific expertise in the translation industry. I received an offer one week later, which I declined because the offered salary was too low, even for a remote position.
