I applied online with an employee referral. The recruiter contacted me 2 days later, and we scheduled a phone interview 2 days later. The phone interview went fairly well, but I could tell there were concerns over my degree and its relevance to the company.

They had me go through 3 interviews and 1 test Started off with the phone interview with the recruiter, then he had me do a double checking/looking for any discrepancy exam. Once I passed that, I was set up to do a virtual interview with two of the supervisors that I would be working under. When that went well, I had another virtual interview with the next higher up person. In the end, the recruiter notified me via email that they went forward with someone else.
