They e-mailed me asking for a skype interview. We talked for about 30 minutes about my previous experience, the company and the position I had applied for. They sent me a Skill test that I had to send them two days later.
After delivering the skill test, I had a interview at their office with the hiring manager and two directors from my area. That same day I got a call from them asking me to take a psychological test. They offered me the job a week later.

They asked me a lot of questions really. It was pretty standard: what did I do, what did I know about the company, what is my current experience, why am I looking for a new position, what are my hobbies, how would I feel working under this schedule, etc.
They did ask me a lot of work related topics: experience in managing multiple projects at once, experience with different types of projects, experience with adapting content from other countries to your culture, experience working in B2B environment, budgeting and budget control, etc.
It was pretty laid back.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
