Entrevista
There was basic English, grammar and language test. Once you clear the test you have to write a essay on a topic of social relevance. Once the test is over you are given the results within 24 hrs and then called for an interview. You are provided with a complete presentation about the company and the job. Then there is final personal interview with higher level manager in the company. You are given an offer on the spot.

Entrevista
I saw a news paper ad, applied for the respective position and I received a call then my interview was scheduled. I got selected and was offered on the same day. Since then I am working in the same company its a great pale to be with.
